Bag Palletising Equipment

The BW Flexible Systems line of bag palletisers features a patented layer squaring and compression system that maximises full pallet load stability and appearance. Our bag palletising equipment, which include SYMACH Palletisers, produces consistent stacking quality on the most difficult of products.

One hallmark of quality for the SYMACH brand is that any palletiser model should perform in the same way and should be capable of producing the same level of stacking quality, whatever the speed of the model. System flexibility is considered one of the basic requirements. Palletising rates can vary from 13 to a maximum of 36 bags per minute, depending on the model of machine.

The Rotax, a new palletising gripper head design to supplement the existing SYMACH line up of machine features, increases the palletising rate to 46 bags per minute.
