Ambec’s Pressureless Combiners are expertly engineered to organize containers—whether round, non-round, or unstable—into an efficient single-file arrangement. Our innovative system utilizes multiple chains that incrementally increase speed, expertly directing containers along a continuous angled rail.
To enhance productivity, BW Packaging's Pressureless Combiner includes a convenient collection basket on the opposite side of the rail. This feature efficiently gathers any unstable containers or those that have not aligned correctly, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art jam detection system at the discharge end, the Pressureless Combiner automatically halts operations in the event of a jam or when the collection basket reaches maximum capacity. Additionally, the unit features a downed container ejector, which quickly identifies and removes any fallen or misaligned containers, preventing disruptions in the production process.
